Stackvate Invoice Generator provides an online invoice generation platform that allows users to create, manage, and send professional invoices to their clients. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment.
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including invoices, client information, and business data. By using the Service, you grant us the right to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stackvate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Users on the Free plan agree that all invoices and PDF exports will display "Powered by Stackvate" branding. This branding is removed for Pro and Premium plan subscribers. Any attempt to remove or obscure the branding on the Free plan is a violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, allow you to export your data before account deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Stackvate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stackvate from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
